Our Position within the NGK Group

As part of the NGK Group, NGK Fine Molds Inc. belongs to the New Metals Division of the Digital Society Business Group. NGK Fine Molds Inc. stands in a line with each division of the New Metals Division such as the Planning Department, the Sales & Marketing Department, the Manufacturing Department, the Engineering Department and the R&D Department.

Organizational Chart

This is the organizational chart of NGK Fine Molds, Inc. The President oversees the Executive Vice Presidents, who in turn oversee the Management Department, Sales Department, Quality Assurance Department, Engineering Department, and Manufacturing Department. The Management Department is composed of the General Affairs Group, Accounting Group, and Purchasing Group. The Sales Department is composed of the Sales Group 1 and Sales Group 2. The Quality Assurance Department is composed of the Quality Assurance Group and Inspection Group. The Engineering Department is composed of the Engineering Group 1 and Engineering Group 2. The Manufacturing Department is composed of the Manufacturing Group 1 and Manufacturing Group 2.
