History

History
1958 NGK Insulators successfully produces beryllium copper alloy material for the first time in Japan; begins manufacturing and selling Bealon molds that make use of the excellent characteristics of the alloy.
1978 NGK Insulators spins off the sales department from the mold business division and establishes sales subsidiaries in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.
1985 NGK Insulators spins off the die design and manufacturing departments from the mold business division and establishes NGK Molds, Inc.
1987 NGK Insulators merges the sales subsidiaries in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya to establish NGK Bealon Inc.
1996 NGK Insulators merges NGK Bealon, Inc. and NGK Molds, Inc. to establish NGK Fine Molds, Inc.
2015 NGK Insulators moves the foundry from the Chita Site to the Headquarters Plant.
2018 Registered the first certification of Environmental Management System (Eco Action 21: 2018).
2019 First certification of occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001: 2019).
