Parts Processing
Overview
The materials we handle include various metals such as steel and copper alloys, resins, and ceramics.
We are able to handle most of the processing such as cutting, polishing, grinding, EDM, wire cutting, welding, laser processing, heat treatment, and surface treatment.
And also we and our cooperative partners respond from prototype, custom -made single and small quantities to subsequent mass production.
Processing examples
Precision parts processing
We're an ideal source for connectors and electronic camera parts that require high dimensional accuracy. We manufacture 3D precision parts of complex shapes by using the most of our high-accuracy NC and EDM equipment.

Round Parts Processing
We use an NC lathe, multi-tasking lathe, machining center, EDM, wire-cut EDM, and external cylindrical grinding machine to manufacture various rounded parts in complex shapes.
Mechanical Parts Processing
We manufacture a wide range of mechanical parts by using general purpose and high precision NC machine tools.
We are able to produce parts from 2D or 3D data to meet our customers' specific structural requirements.
Mold Bases and Plates, All Processing
We manufacture various mold bases and plates as standard and custom.
Special Steel Insert Blocks and Electrode Materials
We offer all types of steel in specified sizes and tolerances with short lead times.

If you need a high-precision plate, please be sure to specify it. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we apply standard plates. Also, depending on the balance of material and size, we may not be able to meet the specification on the left. Please contact us.
